Preparation for the FSP (University Entrance Exam)

In the core courses, we prepare you for the Feststellungsprüfung (FSP) for two semesters. The Niedersächsische Studienkolleg offers the following focus courses:

T - Course for all technical and mathematical-scientific subjects, landscape architecture, environmental planning and similar subjects (subjects: German, mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science).

M - Course for the subjects Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Medicine, Pharmacy and similar subjects (Subjects: German, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science)

W - Course for all subjects in economics, social sciences and law (subjects: German, mathematics, economics, GGP // history/geography/politics, English, computer science)

G - Course for German studies, history, philosophy and other humanities subjects as well as law (subjects: German language and literature, history, social studies).

Refugees are prepared for the entrance test at the Niedersächsische Studienkolleg through the DAAD project "Integra" in a one to two-semester preparatory course. The subjects taught are German, mathematics, regional studies and, depending on the desired focus course, English and introduction to scientific work. Interested students should apply for admission to a university or college in Lower Saxony and take the regular entrance test at the Studienkolleg. Unfortunately, participation in the entrance test does not guarantee a place in the preparatory course, because the number of free places is only known after the entrance test.
