The University entrance exam for the English Language consists of an oral exam.
During the exam the language skills of the examinee are tested, as is the ability to converse in the English language. Text comprehension as part of the exam requires an oral summary, evaluation and topical discussion.
At the start of the exam the students are provided with either a current text or a short literary text and are expected to work on the text in the given time. The oral exam itself consists of tasks such as giving a short summary of the provided text along with a discussion based on questions on the respective text.
Both the exam and the preparation time take 20 minutes.
